I am currently in-network with PacificSource Commercial.
I am a licensed out-of-network (OON) provider with all other insurance plans.
Many OON clients are able to be reimbursed partially or fully for my services, though this depends on your specific insurance plan. I will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card, cash, or HSA account.
Session Costs
Exploratory phone consultation (15 minutes): Free
Intake Appointment: $265
Ongoing Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $225
Ongoing Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes): $195
Ongoing Couples Therapy Session (60 minutes): $250
