My Approach

You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy creates space to pause, reflect, and respond to life’s challenges with greater intention. With practice, this ability to create space and thoughtfully respond to life’s challenges will increasingly translate to life outside therapy sessions.

am a licensed psychologist with experience providing individual therapy in college counseling and other clinical settings, as well as experience in psychological assessment. I also have graduate training in couples and family therapy, which informs the way I understand people within the context of their relationships and broader lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in presence. I offer a balance of deep reflection, genuine connection and caring, humor (when appropriate), and practical tools to support meaningful change. I hope you will leave each session feeling understood, valued, and with a better sense of what you can do to move toward your goals.

Together, we’ll explore your inner experience with curiosity and compassion. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship issues, or a life transition, therapy can help you recognize unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.
