Evidence-Based Therapy That’s Genuine, Warm, and Collaborative

Whether you are navigating anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by the layered stressors of modern life, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, therapy with me can help.

My Philosophy

I approach each session with openness, warmth, and purpose. Instead of viewing you as someone to be “fixed,” I believe you possess innate value, strengths, and capabilities. These qualities are often obscured by difficult experiences or repetitive cycles that no longer serve you.

As a therapist, I view my role as a collaborator. You are the expert on your own life and have deep knowledge of what you need to live meaningfully. I provide the evidence-based tools to help you uncover your existing resilience and bring your values and goals back to the forefront.

I practice identity-affirming therapy, intentionally integrating and validating the many identities you bring into the therapy room. Together, we'll explore how those identities shape your experiences of stress, trauma, relationships, and healing.

The Therapeutic Relationship

I believe the therapy relationship should be genuine and meaningful. I strive to cultivate therapeutic relationships inflected with humor, empathy, self-awareness, and honesty. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and thoughts with full support.

My approach helps you make sense of your inner experience and your relationships with others. Together, we’ll explore what is getting in your way and build flexible, sustainable tools to help you move forward with clarity.
